Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on, one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will follow each client's ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, local cases across New Jersey, and a supportive team. The position pays $18–$24 per hour based on experience and case assignment, with day, evening, and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
