Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one under each ISP, promoting independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour based on experience and case assignment, with opportunities to grow within the DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
