Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide support in routines, meals, and health-related needs.
• Encourage socialization and meaningful community participation.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized living environments.
• Follow behavior support plans and maintain required documentation.
