Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one, following each person’s ISP, promoting independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours with day/evening/weekend shifts, consistent cases close to home, and a supportive team with onboarding. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED preferred; CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and motivated to make a difference.
• Must be 18 years or older; reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home and community support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
