Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will follow each person's ISP while working one-on-one for personalized assistance.

We offer flexible hours, local NJ cases, and a supportive team. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it is required; 18+ years old; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings per ISP.
• Must be 18 years or older; HS diploma or GED preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
