Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. As a DSP, you'll provide one-on-one support, helping clients live as independently as possible, with training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients' homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
