Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across the state. You will work one-on-one following each client's ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid. Prior caregiving helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
