Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across the state. You will work one-on-one with clients, following each person's ISP, to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team with onboarding and growth opportunities within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Caregiving or DSP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one home and community-based support per ISP.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
