Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across the state. You will work one-on-one, following each client's ISP to promote independence, daily living skills, and community participation.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED preferred, CPR/First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and a compassionate, dependable attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
