Job summary

Help at Home in Georgia is seeking Direct Support Professionals to deliver compassionate, person-centered care that fosters independence.

Compensation starts at $14 per hour with potential to earn up to $17 per hour depending on experience, plus versatility in schedule across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test may be used.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide prompts to support daily activities and promote independence.
• Accurately document progress and maintain timely logs.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local staff to ensure quality care.
