Join Our Team as a Flexible Dietary Aide at Bedrock Care

We are currently seeking qualified Dietary Aide candidates to join our long-term care nursing facility in Watsontown, PA. This is a full-time, entry-level position with flexible shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $13.50/hr - $15.00/hr
• Benefits include: Daily Pay, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Direct Deposit

Shifts

Flexible scheduling, including 6AM - 2:30PM, 4PM - 8:30PM shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Portioning and serving food items
• Delivering trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms
• Assisting on tray line, dish room, and pot sink
• Sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
• Performing other related duties as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English, with ability to read, speak, and understand
• Positive interaction with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
