Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; grocery/restaurant experience preferred.
• Be dependable and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to take direction and work with customers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good physical stamina; able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow safety, health and Weights and Measures regulations and maintain clean deli area.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy foods and preparing fresh meals.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain products and displays in the deli area.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicer, ovens, scales, etc.).
• Keep deli area clean, sanitary, and organized; log shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Communicate with team to support operations and guest satisfaction.
