Scoot Education is hiring substitute teachers and support staff to work in Fort Lauderdale area schools. You’ll supervise students in classrooms and common areas, follow lesson plans, and maintain safe, inclusive environments while building teaching experience with professional guidance.

We offer 1:1 consultant support, paid training, weekly direct deposit pay, and opportunities for long-term placements. Training and background checks are required, with 401k enrollment after eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or college credits.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor.
• State & federal background checks

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions, following any lesson plans left by the teacher.
• Communicate clearly with school staff.
• Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher.
• Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings
