NWM Risk Management in Sumpter, Oregon, is seeking contract inspectors to photograph residential construction sites and report progress via a mobile app.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, a smartphone or tablet with the Pruvan app, and PPE. Inspections are typically completed 24–48 hours after assignment. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with monthly pay and no report writing required.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the mobile app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing required; focus on photo documentation.
