Ellie Mental Health seeks an Outpatient Therapist to improve access to quality mental health care and work within a values-driven culture. The role emphasizes collaboration with a dynamic team, coordinating with families and schools, and delivering personalized treatment plans.

Candidates should hold a master's degree in behavioral sciences and clinical licensure, with experience in documentation, DAs, and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will be credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan; complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and educators.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
