Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of experience working with children and families.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Working knowledge of First Steps due process, eligibility criteria, and safeguards.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned counties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals and respond within 2 business days.
• Complete intake procedures and obtain informed consent.
• Coordinate assessments, eligibility determinations, and IFSP development.
• Convene IFSP, annual reviews, and transition meetings.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and required documentation.
• Assist families with exit summaries and access to resources.
