Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, or related field with 9 hours in child development or early childhood development including 3 hours in early childhood development/education.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Certification training to be completed within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and team members to evaluate needs, develop personalized plans, and track progress.
• Provide specialized skills training to help children develop functional skills.
• Offer case management to help families access services and advocacy.
• Use coaching strategies to empower families to lead their child’s development.
• Apply trauma-informed care principles to create a safe, supportive environment.
