Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to work with infants, toddlers, and their families. The role delivers specialized skills training and case management within families’ daily routines, in-home, daycare, or community settings, with a hybrid in-person/telehealth model.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field, plus completion of required Texas certification training within the first

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, or related field with 9 hours in child development or early childhood development including 3 hours in early childhood development/education.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Certification training to be completed within the first year of employment.

• Collaborate with families and team members to evaluate needs, develop personalized plans, and track progress.
• Provide specialized skills training to help children develop functional skills.
• Offer case management to help families access services and advocacy.
• Use coaching strategies to empower families to lead their child’s development.
• Apply trauma-informed care principles to create a safe, supportive environment.
