Qualifications

Active CNA certification required.
Active CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 2 months nursing assistant experience.
Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.
Reliable transportation to and from shifts; pass background check.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation.
Aid with medications under direction of a Registered Nurse.
Ensure patient privacy, dignity and safety in a clinical setting.
Document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding updates or changes in condition.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
