24/7 on-call support, health insurance, Aflac, and 401K are available based on eligibility. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care in long-term care facilities and assisted living communities, supporting

Qualifications

Active SD CNA certification or reciprocity/endorsement.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to adapt to different facility environments and resident needs.
Maintain required certifications and complete onboarding.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Measure and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respirations).
Assist with meals and hydration per individual care plans.
Provide emotional support and promote residents' comfort and dignity.
Follow infection prevention protocols and safety procedures.
Document care provided and communicate with nursing staff.
Perform other CNA duties within scope and facility requirements.
