You will collaborate with a care team to support daily activities, monitor vitals, and document changes in patient condition.

The role emphasizes flexible assignments and opportunities to grow skills, with a strong focus on patient comfort, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Michigan CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrates compassion and strong communication with patients.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene support to patients in various facilities.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutrition.
• Check vitals, monitor intake/output, and document changes.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
