Right at Home Miami is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs and HHAs to join our caregiving team in Miami, FL. The role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility support in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and medication reminders. A Level 2 background screening is required, along with CPR certification and a recommendation letter. Flexible schedule and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid driver license/state ID and auto insurance required.
• CPR certification required (not online).
• TB or Chest X-ray required.
• Level 2 fingerprint background check.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities to aid daily living (hygiene, ambulation, dressing).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Assist with errands, appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Provide hospice support, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
• Use gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
• Support with range of motion exercises and companionship.
