Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, caring, and reliable.
• Experience with personal care and companionship is preferred.
• Preferred experience with Hoyer lift, ROM exercises, and light cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living support including hygiene, ambulation, and transfers.
• Assist with dressing, meals, and accompanying medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and general household tasks.
• Support with medication reminders and basic hospice care when applicable.
