Qualifications

• Must have CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals according to instructions; assist with errands and appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and housekeeping tasks.
• Support with medication reminders and basic healthcare needs.
