Job summary

Right at Home Miami Metro is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs in Miami, FL to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. The role requires a Level 2 background screening and a valid driver license or state ID, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include personal care, ambulation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship, along with documentation and adherence to care plans. Competitive benefits and overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, voter registration, etc.).
• Auto Insurance coverage may be required.
• CPR certification required (not online).
• TB or Chest X-ray screening completed.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check completed.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and medications CEU awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safety tasks.
• Assist with medications reminders as directed by care plan.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions and assist with dining.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Use lifting equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisor.
