Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation and transfers.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions; accompany patients to appointments.
• Perform housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens.
• Provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and assist with exercises as directed.
