Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and assistance in a facility. Nursing Assistants may be called upon to help residents with personal hygiene, including dressing and grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding and baths, with basic treatments under nursing direction.

Starting pay is $24 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $28 per hour by taking last-minute shifts, plus a referral bonus program and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Satisfactory completion of a 75-hour Nurse Aide course is required.
• Must have at least 1-year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must maintain certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Nursing Assistants provide personal care and assistance in the facility.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, hygiene, bathroom needs, feeding, and baths/showers.
• Take vital signs and observe changes in residents’ conditions and report to nursing staff.
• Provide excellent communication and team collaboration.
