Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is hiring Nursing Assistants to provide personal care and assistance in a facility. Starting pay is $24 per hour with potential to earn more by taking last-minute shifts. Weekly and daily pay options are available, plus a referral bonus program.

Flexibility is emphasized to support family needs. Responsibilities include helping residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and basic treatments under nursing staff direction.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or G.E.D required.
Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
Satisfactory completion of a 75-hour Nurse Aide course is required.
Must have at least 1-year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Must maintain certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance to residents.
Assist residents with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
Assist with bathroom needs and feeding; give baths/showers as directed.
Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
Maintain excellent communication and teamwork with staff.

Education
