Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Completion of a 75-hour Nurse Aide course required.
- At least 1 year of CNA experience required.
- Certification must be maintained without restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents in the facility.
- Assist with dressing, grooming, bathroom, feeding, and baths/showers.
- Perform basic treatments as directed by nursing staff, e.g., taking vital signs.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.
