Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and support in a Dubuque facility. Starting pay is $24 per hour with potential to earn up to $29 by taking last‑minute shifts, plus weekly and daily pay options.

Nursing Assistants assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, and bathroom needs, and may perform basic treatments like taking vital signs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Must read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• 75-hour Nurse Aide course required.
• At least 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must maintain certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and bathroom needs.
• Assist with feeding and bathing; basic treatments as directed by nursing staff.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff; communicate clearly with team.
