Job summary
Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and support to residents in the facility. You will assist with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and helping with meals and mobility.
You may be asked to perform basic treatments and take vital signs under nursing supervision, while maintaining excellent communication with the care team. The role offers opportunities for overtime and referral bonuses.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or G.E.D Required.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Satisfactory completion of a 75-hour Nurse Aide course is required.
- Must have at least 1-year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Must maintain certification without restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and bathroom needs.
- Assist with feeding and baths/showers as directed by nursing staff.
- Take vital signs and perform basic treatments as required.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff; communicate clearly with team.
