Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Home Facility in CT is seeking an experienced and confident CNA to join multiple nearby facilities. The role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week with flexible scheduling and 3-11pm shifts.

You will be paid weekly at a rate of $30/hour and eligible for a 401(k) w/match. As a CNA, you will document personal care per facility policy, monitor residents’ conditions, take measurements, and report changes to supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in CT in good standing.
• Experience in senior care required (2+ years).
• Proficient reading/writing and following instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Attendance is required; teamwork and patience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per facility policies (e.g., helping with daily living activities).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Record charting entries and vital signs (temperature, weight, pulse, respiration).
• Respond to call bells promptly and assist residents as needed.
