Crown Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a CMT- Certified Med Tech to support our clinical team and maintain high levels of resident care in a home-like setting. Flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment are highlighted in our care culture.

You will administer medications under RN/LPN supervision, document accurately, and help residents with daily activities while promoting social engagement and safety. Join a dedicated team committed to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a Missouri CMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents in daily living activities.
• Encourage social interaction to boost morale.
• Create a safe environment where residents thrive.
• Administer or assist with medication under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation per regulations.
• Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding when needed.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with direct resident care as needed.
