Job summary

Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a CMT- Certified Medication Technician to join our clinical team in Missouri. Full Time/Part Time roles with flexible hours and competitive pay are offered to support seniors with daily activities. Qualifications

Must have a current Missouri MO CMT Certification.
Flexible hours and willingness to work varied shifts is preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication under supervision.
Maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
Supervise CNA staff and ensure proper resident care; follow up on issues.
