Job summary

Reliant Care Management, LLC is seeking a caring CMT to support residents in our Missouri facility. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and teamwork to meet residents' daily needs and medical tasks.

You will be responsible for distributing medications, assisting during meals, responding to call lights, documenting care on MARs, and engaging with residents to enhance quality of life. A valid CMT license is required for employment.
