Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a Licensed Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to work with residents in a home-like setting. You will manage medications, observe day-to-day health, and build relationships to support well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Medication Technician with the MD Board of Nursing and in good standing.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Up-to-date medication certification preferred.
• Respect for patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Observe residents’ day-to-day behavior and outlook to ensure comfort and well-being.
• Provide social and emotional support while encouraging independence.
• Manage the medication cart for up-to-date supplies and quality control.
• Use Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents, as needed.
