Job summary

Excel Fitness in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a part-time Sub Team Player to support daily club operations and member service. You will help keep the facility clean and welcoming and ensure accurate input of member data at the POS. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and adherence to all policies.

CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and baseline training will be needed to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Submit a Sub Availability Form upon hire and update at least seven days in advance if availability changes.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere; ensure a safe environment.
• Input and update member information into tablets and the POS system.
• Assist with member promotions, outreach, and answering questions per company guidelines.
• Audit inventory and notify leadership of stock needs.
