Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register, and help keep the store clean and safe in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle transactions, upsell when possible, and assist with stocking and frontline duties.

The role requires 18+, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Previous retail experience is a plus, and the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated but not required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Weekend and holiday availability required.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
Sell lottery, cigarette, and alcohol products in compliance with age verification laws.
Upsell products to increase sales.
Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms, pumps, and lot.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain neat and organized store.
Cross-train in other departments as needed; follow safety procedures.
