GPM Investments, LLC is seeking dependable Sales Associates to help run a clean, inviting store and assist customers with purchases. You will greet customers, manage transactions, and maintain a safe, organized environment.

The role includes cross-training in other departments and adhering to safety and company policies. We offer flexible schedules with full-time and part-time options, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to greet customers and handle transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol with proper age verification and compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe: restrooms, pumps, lot, and entryways.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain tidy merchandise presentation.
• Willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
