GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help maintain a safe and clean store, restock shelves, and support other departments as needed.

The role includes duties such as assisting in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and swiftly.
• Becomes an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while ensuring age verification and legal compliance.
• Offer friendly service and upsell when possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store inside and outside clean and safe, including restrooms and pump areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain fresh, full merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows.
• Willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player and help where needed.
• Be reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work.
