Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates to join our team. You will greet customers, run the register, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment both inside and outside the store.

Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required. Ability to read, write, and speak English is essential. Weekend and holiday availability is needed; lifting up to 50 lbs is sometimes required as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stay on your feet for long shifts
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed
• Assist with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with age verification laws
• Upsell products and provide friendly service to drive sales
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including restrooms, pumps, and parking areas
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep products tidy and attractive
• Assist with cross-training in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and store policies and work as part of a team
