Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Simi Valley, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in the community.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid orientation and training, and a streamlined hiring process with virtual interviews. Competitive pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, with benefits such as a $150 commitment bonus after 30 days and eligibility for health insurance and a 401(k) after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required; team will guide you through the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.
