Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Santa Barbara is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to children, adults and seniors in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

Role includes personal care, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders and light housework, with flexible scheduling and a streamlined hiring process. Paid orientation and training, plus benefits eligibility after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required. Our team will guide you through the registration process.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates
