Job summary

Care Partners in New Mexico is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, person-centered support to clients in-home. Roles include assisting with ADLs, meal preparation, and meaningful engagement, with emphasis on safety and dignity.

The position offers flexible schedules, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for professional growth. In-person work with clients across the region, benefiting from ongoing support from our care team.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience: minimum 1 year, professional or personal.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.

Your Role as a Caregiver

Position Requirements
