Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Los Angeles seeks compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to children, adults and seniors in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Our caregivers assist with personal care, ADLs, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, following individualized care plans with ongoing support and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.

Our caregivers support individuals with a variety of needs, including developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, personal care, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Your Role as a Caregiver
