Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Riverside, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers (HCA) for flexible, part-time positions with competitive hourly pay of $19–$23. You will provide personalized, one-on-one support to children, adults and seniors in Riverside and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include ADLs, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and companionship. A minimum of 1 year caregiving experience, background check, TB clearance, CPR/First Aid and HCA

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (cost assistance available).
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required; guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.
