Home Helpers Home Care of Waldorf, MD is seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Professional to join our team of dedicated caregivers. You will provide in-home care services across our service area, helping clients maintain independence and enhancing their quality of life.

The role requires 3 years of caregiving experience, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in caregiving (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to serving clients and their families

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to identify needs and goals
• Maintain accurate records of client services and report concerns to the Care Coordinator
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and company policies

• Provide non-medical care services, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication reminders, to clients in their homes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to identify and address clients' unique needs and goals
• Maintain accurate records of client services and report any concerns or issues to the Care Coordinator
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies

Requirements
