Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience caring for seniors in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or healthcare settings.
• Experience assisting with ADLs, personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, and fall prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility tasks.
• Ensure safety, fall prevention, and comfortable, dignified care.
• Offer companionship and effective communication with clients and families.

We are currently hiring experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors throughout Southern Maryland. Whether your experience comes from home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or other healthcare settings, we'd love to hear from you.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience caring for seniors in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or healthcare settings
• Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, companionship, and fall prevention
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
• Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional care

The Logistics

• Pay: $16.00-$19.00/hour (based experience)
• Training Pay: $15.00/hour
• Schedule: Flexible (Day, Evening, Weekend, Overnight, PRN/Fill-In)
• Hours: Typically 12-40 hours per week (weekend and holiday availability preferred)
• Service Area: Waldorf, La Plata, Clinton, Ft. Washington, Brandywine, Accokeek, Oxon Hill, Temple Hills, Suitland, District Heights, White Plains, and surrounding areas

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Negative TB test
• Ability to reply to our hiring text with "Helper"
• Authorization to work in the United States
