Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and assistance with daily living activities and medication reminders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to identify needs and goals

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and company policies
