Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is recruiting for a Flexi Bank Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults in residential services, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing in line with care plans. The role offers flexibility across days, nights, and sleep-ins with regular training and progression opportunities.

You will work as part of a supportive team, with duties including medication management, documentation, safeguarding, and collaboration with families and healthcare

• Provide person-centred support promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support meeting physical, emotional, social, and mental health needs.
• Encourage participation in education, employment, volunteering, and community activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks, monitoring health and wellbeing, and maintaining records.
