You will assist with personal care, moving and handling, meal preparation and medication administration as part of a diverse and rewarding role.

• Ability to adapt communication style to build successful relationships.
• Commitment to working with individuals through their personal support plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and moving and handling when required.
• Support meal preparation and medication administration as needed.
• Help individuals achieve goals and stay connected with social networks.
• Cover shifts 7am–2pm or 3pm–9pm as required.
